| Motor Propane Service always recommends
automated- forecasted routing for propane furnaces. Automated delivery
ensures your safety and comfort at the most economical rate. If you
decide to use an alternate fuel along with propane, please notify our
office. Use of an alternate fuel skews our forecasted deliveries.
We will send you information on "will call" delivery which will better suit
your "dual fuel" usage. Will call routed customers should contact the office when the tank is no lower than 20 percent. This allows us time to reach you before you run out of gas. If a will call delivery customer should require emergency delivery, the fees are as follows: |

Next business day delivery between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. = Same day delivery between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. = Same day delivery after hours, weekend or holidays = |
$85.00 plus tax & cost of fuel delivered $124.00 plus tax & cost of fuel delivered $240.00 plus tax & cost of fuel delivered

These fees cover costs associated with overtime labor and are not an additional source of profit. Fees are due at time of delivery and are subject to change. |

| Please note: running out of gas can create an unsafe environment for both you and our delivery personnel, especially if these emergency deliveries occur after our normal business hours. If you run out of propane gas or smell propane gas, you should immediately call our office from a different location @ 920-758-2479 to arrange service or delivery. | |
